Cannot even register

This app is a disgrace to SMRT and EZYLINK. Its unintuitive, bad design by some novice developer. Ignore it.

This app is only a wrapper for the mobile site. Slow and useless. Why bother with the app? Use their website directly for faster experience. App does not even remember user login when mobile Safari will. Complete FAIL.

Whats the point in this app if you cant take advantage of the NFC in recent iPhones in order to top-up?!

Could be very useful but for now terribly written app... Why ask for login every time? Annoying! Its not like you can transact thus should require a password! Why limit to three card? Why not keep history in memory on phone? Very very poor app.

The app is laggy. The screen changed in slow motion. Only can view 24hours of transaction history - useless. Have to register with tons of sensitive information. Why the hell need my DOB?

Bad experience on first try..

What a slow and useless app. They should get a prize for the primitive interface. Input characters are too small. Camera not used to input the barcode on the new cards.

A great concept to have a transaction history of your ez-link card on your iPhone. However, the app is severely outdated. Its not even optimized for iPhone 5. There are spelling errors within the app. Usability can be improved. The app requires your NRIC/FIN as your user ID. As a lay user, having a custom user ID that one can easily remember would be better. Worse, the transaction history is 24-hour late. Definitely need an update.

This seems like someone created it and then walking away. This a product that just does not work in the way that it should. I could not add my card as it was not issued by ez link. Come on guys. This should be way ahead of the curve on what it does. Amateur hour.

Its not made for iPhone 6. Quite bad.

Wont give you the option to check your transaction without registering first. If I can give 0 star I will.

Tried to register in the app. Step 2/3 will not allow user to click on NEXT to proceed.

Why is this app forcing me to accept an insurance plan just to look at my own transaction information. This is so unethical!

This version at least opens now on iPhone 6 but each version there is always something not working. In this case selecting "Dashboard" gives a Server Not Available message. Where is ability to see summary use information, monthly spend etc? When will we be able to export transaction details?
